Personal data may be shared where relevant with companies in the DIS/CREADIS group, IT and hosting providers, analytics and consent-management providers, professional advisers, recruitment partners and public authorities. Service providers acting as processors may use data only under our instructions and agreed safeguards.

If personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, DIS Systems uses a lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary safeguards where required.

How long we keep data

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and longer where required to meet legal, accounting, documentation or dispute-resolution obligations.

Retention is assessed using the nature of the information, the relationship involved, applicable limitation periods, security needs and legal duties. Cookie-specific durations are shown in Cookie Settings.

Your data-protection rights

Subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Recruitment

If you apply for a position, DIS Systems may process contact details, application materials, employment and education history, qualifications, interview information and other information you provide. Relevant information may be handled through shared DIS/CREADIS systems and by recruitment service providers.
