COMMON PROJECT TRIGGERS
A new product, process or capacity target may call for new equipment. Other projects start with an existing line or setup that needs to be upgraded, integrated or adapted.
We define the right equipment, controls and interfaces around the requirement, from new machines and systems to targeted upgrades and retrofits.
Develop new equipment around the product and process requirements, from first industrial setup to repeatable production.

Add a new machine, cell or line, or remove bottlenecks in an existing setup to increase output while protecting flow, quality and available space.

Improve capacity, functionality or reliability while integrating with existing mechanical, electrical and controls interfaces and planning around production continuity.

Introduce dedicated test or inspection equipment, or add verification to an existing process where quality, traceability or consistency require greater control.

Introduce handling equipment for a new process or replace repetitive and higher-risk manual tasks to improve ergonomics and operator safety.

Connect new or existing equipment, controls and material flow so interfaces, handovers and production data work reliably together.

Explore →DIS Systems takes project responsibility through the full project lifecycle. We bring together our mechanical, electrical and automation expertise, our build and commissioning capabilities, and trusted technology partners around the solution.
Our setup is also backed by the broader engineering capabilities of DIS/CREADIS, our parent organization.
We define the task, technical requirement and project setup, then bring the right disciplines and partners around the solution.
We turn the concept into a clear technical solution, balancing functionality, buildability, safety, usability and long term performance.
We bring the solution to life through practical machine building, close coordination and hands-on ownership of the equipment being produced.
We test, adjust and validate the equipment in our workshop before installation, so performance, quality and reliability are verified in practice.
We install and integrate the equipment into the existing setup, making sure it works with the people, processes and systems around it.
We stay connected after delivery with service, support and improvements that help keep equipment running and operations moving.
TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS
We work with proven technology partners when their specialist products and expertise strengthen the solution. DIS Systems remains responsible for how everything comes together and performs as one system.

Practical answers to the questions customers often have before involving DIS Systems.
What type of production challenge is a good fit for DIS Systems?
DIS Systems is a strong fit when the outcome needs to become physical equipment or an integrated production system. Typical projects include new production equipment, test and validation systems, handling and assembly equipment, line upgrades, retrofit and integration into existing operations. We are particularly relevant where standard equipment alone does not solve the production requirement.
Do we need a finished specification before contacting DIS Systems?
No. Many projects start with a production requirement, bottleneck or technical challenge rather than a finished specification. We can help define the task, assess feasibility and establish the technical direction before the equipment concept is fixed.
Can you work with existing production as well as new greenfield projects?
Yes. We work with both brownfield and greenfield projects. In existing production, that can mean upgrading equipment, adding capacity or integrating new systems around existing mechanical, electrical and controls interfaces. In greenfield projects, we can develop new equipment and connected production flows around the required process from the outset.
Do you design the equipment, or do you actually build and commission it?
Both. DIS Systems combines engineering with machine building, testing, installation and commissioning. The people defining the solution stay connected to how the equipment is built, verified and integrated into production.
How is machine safety handled in a DIS Systems project?
Machine safety is integrated into equipment development rather than treated as a final check. Our in-house machine safety capability supports risk assessment, safety requirements and CE documentation alongside the project engineering and verification work.
Can DIS Systems work with our existing technologies and preferred suppliers?
Yes. We work with proven technologies and specialist partners selected around the project requirements, and we can integrate with existing equipment and technology standards where appropriate. DIS Systems remains responsible for engineering the interfaces and making the equipment work as part of the overall production setup.
