DETAILED CASE

How the equipment was engineered.

Production context, equipment design, scope of delivery and verified customer value.

01 / Customer challenge

Evaluate blade deflection with the blade positioned similarly to its hub-mounted orientation.

This configuration was intended to provide a more representative view of the blade’s deflection characteristics.

02 / Engineered solution

DIS Systems developed, built and commissioned a horizontal deflection test setup.

The equipment positions the blade in a hub-mounted orientation and uses self-adjusting features to support different blade types with minimal changeover.
