01 / Customer challenge

Replace separate left and right installation tools with one more reliable device for pitch-drive installation during hub production.

The new solution needed to simplify handling, support different pitch-drive variants and improve the installation process.

02 / Engineered solution

DIS Systems developed one universal installation device for both left and right pitch-drive positions.

Electric actuators provide controlled movement through a wireless handheld remote, while modular attachments support different variants. Dedicated production and transport stands support movement between installations.
